As President and CEO, Mr. Davis brings nearly 30 years of mortgage banking and financial services experience to our team. He has a track record of both running and restructuring very large organizations and increasing or returning them to profitability. Prior to founding The Bridge Companies, Mr. Davis managed the US Retail Residential mortgage business for Morgan Stanley from 2006 to 2007 where he had full P&L responsibility for over $5B annually in jumbo loan originations and a $10B servicing portfolio. Prior to Morgan Stanley, from 2003 to 2006, Mr. Davis held Executive Vice President roles with both Fifth Third Bank and Countrywide Financial, where he directed the origination and subsequent sale into the secondary market of $6B, annually. From 1997 - 2001, Mr. Davis was the President of ContiMortgage, a mid-sized national mortgage company with 4,500 employees. At Conti, Mr. Davis oversaw an organization that included a servicing platform with over $10B in loans and 165,000 customers, as well as over $10B annually in originations which were sold into securitizations as well as on a whole loan basis. After his tenure at Conti, he founded NatCom Holdings, a nationwide consulting organization formed to fulfill agreements with the management at the ContiFinancial Liquidating Trust. Prior to Conti and NatCom, Mr. Davis was an EVP at NationsCredit Financial Services where he managed the Consumer Division with nearly 300 offices and 1,100 employees in 33 states.

Mr. Davis began his career at Associates Financial Services, where he spent 14 years holding numerous management positions at the company. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University and has his M.Ed. from the University of North Carolina.

Mr. Skrinar is currently the Head of Renewables, Vegetable Oils, & Chemicals Trading for OceanConnect Holdings, and is responsible for overseeing all principal trading activity and new business initiatives within his department. With offices in 11 countries, OceanConnect is a global commodities brokerage and trading house focused on Marine Fuels, Crude Oil, Clean Products, Renewables and Chemicals. From January 2008 - April 2010, Mr. Skrinar was a Vice President with White Cross, a family office in Rye, NY, responsible for long-term strategic commodity investments. Prior to that, Mr. Skrinar was the Co-founder and Managing Director of Intercontinental Capital Group, a lending and investment institution headquartered in New York City and founded in February 2005. At ICG, Mr. Skrinar was responsible for Strategic Acquisitions and Secondary Markets, including Portfolio Management and related functions directing loan trading, pricing, and servicing. Despite the market turmoil of the past year, Mr. Skrinar and his partners were able to complete the sale of ICG in early 2008.Prior to Co-founding ICG, Mr. Skrinar was at Countrywide Financial.

Mr. Skrinar began his career as a trader on the Financial Institutions desk at Spectrum Capital Partners, a long/short equity hedge fund in New York. He is a graduate of Boston University's School of Management

Michael Carney began his career in financial services with Transamerica Corporation where he served as operations vice president for Transamerica Financial Group. His next assignment was senior vice president with Associates First Capital Corporation (now Citigroup) where he directed marketing and training functions for a 550-branch system and a centralized lending operation.

From 1989 to 1996 Carney provided consulting services to most of the major banking and consumer lending companies through his own company, The Investment Marketing Group. In 1996, Carney moved to Bank of America as a senior vice president where he managed marketing, training and customer retention programs for a $60 billion division of the bank

At present, Carney is consulting with a Saudi Arabian company to develop a home finance product which meets the requirements of Islamic finance and which can be accessed by residents of the Gulf Cooperation Council

Carney received his Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University and his MBA from Pepperdine University. He is a certified Six Sigma green belt. He also served in the U.S. Army as Captain and company commander in the Signal Corps. He is married with three children and resides in Denver, Colorado.

Carl Vernon has over 25 years of mortgage and financial services experience. Carl’s career as an executive and an entrepreneur has resulted in a proven track record of success in the financial services sector. Carl has operated large national origination units in both the retail and wholesale channels. In 2007 Carl was the Co-Founder and Chief Operating officer of Nations Direct Mortgage which still operates today in Southern California. From 2000 to 2007 Carl was a division President for New Century Financial. Carl also held senior executive roles for Conti-Mortgage, Nations Direct, and The Associates Financial Services. Mr. Vernon has managed and directed retail branch delivery systems of 100+ locations originating in excess of $500 million in mortgage originations monthly, as well as successful wholesale origination groups with hundreds of employees.

Carl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University and a business degree from Wright State University.

As Project Manager, Ms. Harris is responsible for the quality performance of all aspects of delivering exceptional performance on every project. Prior to joining The Bridge Companies, Ms. Harris served in various roles at entrepreneurial organizations. Karen has been involved with Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales for many years. Her experience and energy provides a solid background for her role on the Management team.

Karen has a MBA from UNC at Charlotte and and a Bachlelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Gardner-Webb University. Additionally, Karen earned an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Gaston College.

Jim started his career in public accounting with Ernst & Ernst where he managed major financial services engagements, conducted major systems technology analyses, and created and managed the Computer Audit Group for the St. Louis office. In 1985 Jim joined the senior officer group of Associates Financial Services Company and managed a wide variety of functions, including Operations Audit, Credit Administration, Acquisitions, and Risk Management for a 650 branch network of consumer lending, a centralized secured and unsecured lending operation, and a $3.5 billion credit card operation. He created the risk management function for the credit card operation and also managed all programming and technical resources for these operations.

After six years at The Associates, Jim joined The Investment Marketing Group where his major efforts included the development, management, and analysis of a $42 million annual new account marketing program for a major credit card issuer. In 1996 Jim formed Marketing and Consulting Solutions to provide a full array of financial, marketing, risk management, and technology consulting capabilities in the financial services, insurance, and retail industries. Jim has also served in a CFO role in several organizations.

Jim has a B.S.B.A degree in accounting and finance from St. Louis University (Summa Cum Laude). He has served as a board member of NFCC (CCCS), Visa Risk Advisors Committee, Risk Managers Roundtable, and NSMA. He has also served as a member of the Advisory Board of Directors at The Highlands School. Jim is married with three children and resides in Arlington, TX.
